Advanced Web Consulting was founded by Joseph Keneally in July of 2002.  Joe has been working in the internet arena since the birth of the web.  A large portion of his experience came from his thirteen years with Sprint corporation where he started as a COBOL programmer back in 1990.  Over the years Joe moved up from the mainframe coding area into client server work with ORACLE and UNIX on SUN and Wintel platforms.  Joe spent the last eight years at Sprint managing several Customer Support and Development organizations.
